I’m Kim Goss, a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and founder of Beacon HR Solutions.
I’ve built my HR career over nearly 15 years through a variety of roles and environments, working with organizations large and small, across industries, stages of growth, and locations from Florida to Maine and even internationally.
This diversity is what sets Beacon apart. You’re not just getting years of HR experience—you’re benefiting from lessons learned across these different environments, including those learned through trial and error. I’ve seen firsthand what works, what doesn’t, and how what looks good on paper doesn’t always translate in real life.
Working across so many organizations has also taught me to be highly adaptable. I’ve learned how to get up to speed quickly and adjust to different leadership styles, cultures, resources, and priorities.
